Team Awards
Awards will be given to the top 3 teams with the most participants registered - DEADLINE FOR AWARD IS MONDAY, OCTOBER 12, 2009 - and to the top 3 teams who raise the most pledge money (does not include registration fee). DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, OCTOBER 31, 2009. Team participant awards to be given out on Race Day and team pledge awards to be given out after Race Day. Pledges that are turned in through October 31, 2009 will be counted towards a prize.

Team T-Shirt Design Contest
Another fun way to raise funds for the cure is to have your team design and enter a shirt into the Team T-shirt Contest. Friends and family can cast their votes on race morning by donating $1 for each vote. The shirt with the most dollars raised will win a "booby" prize and the winner will be announced on the stage. Voting will take place in the Team T-shirt Tent until 9:30 am. Pledge money cannot count toward votes. Shirts may NOT be pink, nor can they contain the Komen logos. Just send 2 team shirts to Team T-shirt Contest, Komen Maryland, 200 East Joppa Rd, Suite 407, Towson MD 21286 by Friday, October 9, 2009 and we'll display them on Race Day. This year we will have 3 categories— large corporation, small business and family/friends.
